One of the few items for sale on Merlin's "equipment and supplies" stall. Team 2 of Series 4 had the option of buying it, but decided that it was a con, since there seemed to be nothing extraordinary about it. Various dungeoneers and advisors mistook a spyglass for a magnifying glass upon seeing it, and had to be instructed as to its use. During the quest of Team 4 of Series 5, Treguard sympathetically called it a magnifying glass too.
